Bob announced that no decision would be made tonight regarding our healthy treasury and the possibility of donating to
a worthy charity each year or considering money be made available to help each month with our own Nottoway socials. Bob feels
that this should wait until the new Board is in place. Items to be considered for future discussion on this issue –
our storage for Nottoway items does not cost us right now but could in the future; Jimmy Mazz show gives us a healthy treasury
each year but this is
not a definite for the future. Rick Cruise pointed out that Nottoway has been involved in donations to the new Pavilion
kitchen, the flag at the North Gate, Toys for Tots and the Leesburg Food Bank. George Rossi pointed out that our Treasury
donated $644 towards defraying expenses for the Christmas Party this year.
